The Maine landscape has been my inspiration as a photographer for many years. I enjoy isolating a part of this landscape in a way that shows its particular beauty. Trees, as part of the landscape, either alone or in groups, are of particular interest to me. Though I work primarily in color, infrared images as well as black and white are used when appropriate. I currently use digital cameras, however, many of my memorable images were taken using film. Each summer I display my work at Maine sidewalk and art-in-the-park shows, as well as local businesses in the central Maine area. I have received numerous awards for best photograph or photographer at these shows. Please see my web page for more images, information on print size and pricing, plus my show schedule for the year. My prints are made using archival inks and papers. Maine has been my home for over 40 years. I have two grown daughters, and currently reside in Winslow with my wife, Ardeene.
