UpCountry Artists Sugarloaf Homecoming Show

October 12th & 13th, 2019     Sat. 9-5, Sun. 9-4

Application and Details


  • Applications due May 25, with 2 checks and images of your work

    • #1 check: Jury Fee - $25

    • #2 check: Membership Fee - $25 or $35 for a couple + Show Fee $75

  • 4 clearly labeled images

  • E-mail images to UpCountryArtists@gmail.com


Jury notification will be mailed by June 21st, continuing until the show is full.

We will deposit the jury check when the jury is done.

If you are juried in we will deposit the second check.

Membership dues for the upcoming year (September through August) must accompany this UCA Sugarloaf Art Show application.

5% of sales are due Sunday, October 13th at the end of the show.


Show information:

  • Friday Set up: (new hours) 2-6 PM. Please don't arrive before 2 PM, space marking takes time.

  • Saturday set up:  7-9 AM

  • Show Hours: Sat. October 12th, 9-5, Sun Oct. 13th, 9-4

  • We do expect this show to fill and have a waiting list.

  • You must be a juried member to be on the waiting list.

Artists are required to provide their own professional-quality display. Each artist must keep their display within their marked space. Please be a good neighbor, it makes for a better show all around.

If you’re a juried member, accepted to the show and find you are unable to attend, please let Karen know ASAP.


Your membership includes a page on the UCA website.
