My love for nature began in alaska as a little girl watching the sun rise and never set on a mountain top full of blueberries. after moving to maine, i spent my time hiking the stunning mountain ranges of new england which helped me develop a deep appreciation for the spring flowers, summer heat, beautiful fall foliage, and majestic winter views. my journey as an artist began unexpectedly in 2019 as a way to connect with the natural world in a creative way. i never realized just how much i enjoyed painting until i came to a difficult point in my life - i temporarily lost the physical ability to do so. my love and passion for creating sparked a fire in me that burns brighter with every brushstroke. i strive to invoke those same emotions to invigorate your spirit and stimulate your soul.
