40th ANNUAL SUGARLOAF HOMECOMING ART SHOW APPLICATION
October 10th & 11th 2026
Thank you for your interest in the UpCountry Artists Sugarloaf Homecoming Art Show. The two-day event, scheduled for October 10th and 11th 2026, takes place in Sugarloaf’s Base Lodge and is part of Sugarloaf’s Homecoming Weekend.
We are currently accepting applications for the waitlist. If you’d like to be considered for a booth space in the event a juried artist is unable to attend the show, complete the application below!
Artists must sell only their own original artwork and prints. Artists are required to provide their own professional quality display. Artists must keep their display within their marked space, generally 10 × 10.

Costs
UpCountry Artists membership fee, $25 individual or $35 family. Dues for the coming year must accompany your show application.
$100 booth fee will be invoiced upon acceptance into the show.
Your check for 5% of sales will be collected at the close of show on Sunday, Oct. 11 2026. These proceeds go directly to the UpCountry Artists Scholarship Fund, and your donation is tax-deductible since we are a 501c3 non-profit.
Timeline
Every artists is juried in every year. This keeps the show fresh.
May 20th - Application is available to members
June 30th - Applications due
July 17th - Jury notifications will be emailed to artists
July 18th - If space allows, the application will be available to non-members
October 9th - Vendor set up from 2-6pm
October 10th - Vendor set up from 7-9am. Show runs from 9am - 5pm.
October 11th - We hold our annual UpCountry Artists Member meeting at 8am in the King Pine Room. Show runs from 9am - 4pm. Vendor load out 4pm - 6pm.

Complete the form below to apply to the Homecoming Show. Your membership fee is due with your application. Your application is incomplete and will not be reviewed if your 2026 membership fee is unpaid. Scroll to the bottom of the application to purchase a membership (add the membership to your cart and follow the checkout process). If you are juried into the show, you will be sent a $100 invoice for the booth fee.
