SADDLEBACK OKTOBERFEST ART SHOW
October 3rd 2026, 10am - 4pm at the Saddleback Base Lodge
Thank you for your interest in the UpCountry Artists Saddleback Oktoberfest Art Show. The one-day event, scheduled for October 3rd 2026, takes place in the Saddleback Mountain Base Lodge.
We are currently accepting applications for the art show, complete the application below.
Artists must sell only their own original artwork and prints. Artists are required to provide their own professional quality display. Artists must keep their display within their marked space, generally 10 × 10.

Costs
$75 booth fee will be invoiced upon acceptance into the show.
$25 UpCountry Artists Membership Fee for non-members. Those who have already paid their annual $25 membership fee are covered for all UCA shows in 2026.
Your check for 5% of sales will be collected at the close of show on Sunday, Oct. 3 2026. These proceeds go directly to the UpCountry Artists Scholarship Fund, and your donation is tax-deductible since we are a 501c3 non-profit.
Timeline
September 1st - Applications due
September 4th - Jury notifications will be emailed to artists
October 3rd - Vendor set up from 6am - 8am, show runs from 10am - 4pm, vendors are expected be out by 6pm.

APPLICATION
Complete the form below to apply to the Saddelback Oktoberfest Show. UpCountry Artist Membership is not required to apply for this show. Membership will be required for those juried into the show. Those not already members will be charged $25 for membership in addition to the $75 booth fee. The membership fee is a once annual fee, if you’ve already paid your membership fee prior to this application you will only be charged the booth fee upon admission.
