The Sugarloaf Homecoming Art Show will take place Oct. 10th and 11th 2026. We look forward to seeing you there! Applications will be available to members on May 20th 2026 on our website. Applications are due by June 30th, and applicants will be notified by July 17th. If space allows, we will open applications to non-members later in the summer. Timeline and Show Info

Every artists is juried in every year. This keeps the show fresh.

May 20th - Application is available to members

June 30th - Applications due

July 17th - Jury notifications will be emailed to artists

July 18th - If space allows, the application will be available to non-members

October 9th - Vendor set up from 2-6pm

October 10th - Vendor set up from 7-9am. Show runs from 9am - 5pm.

October 11th - We hold our annual UpCountry Artists Member meeting at 8am in the King Pine Room. Show runs from 9am - 4pm. Vendor load out 4pm - 6pm.

Costs

  • UpCountry Artists membership fee, $25 individual or $35 family. Dues for the coming year must accompany your show application.

  • $100 booth fee will be charged upon acceptance into the show.

  • 5% of sales will be changed at the close of show on Sunday, Oct. 11 2026. These proceeds go directly to the UpCountry Artists Scholarship Fund.
