       #1 check: Membership Fee - $25 single / $35 per a couple - plus - Jury Fee - $25

​

       #2 check: Show Fee $75

​

Membership dues for the upcoming year (September '23 through August '24) MUST accompany this UCA Sugarloaf Art Show application.

​

Jury notifications will begin July 11th, continuing until the show is full.

​

5% of sales are due Sunday, October 9th at the end of the show.

 

Show information:

​

• Friday Set up: 2-6 PM. Please do not arrive before 2 PM, space marking takes time.

• Saturday set up: 7-9 AM

• Show Hours: Sat. October 7th, 9-5, Sun Oct. 8th, 9-4

• We do expect this show to fill and have a waiting list.

• You must be a juried member to be on the waiting list.

Artists are required to provide their own professional-quality display. Each artist must keep their display within their marked space. Please be a good neighbor, it makes for a better show all around.
