Elizabeth Hunter: "The Seasons They Go Round and Round"

Writer's picture: UpCountry ArtistsUpCountry Artists

ELIZABETH HUNTER, Saco, had her woven "thought piece" juried into the Brick Store Museum's Bicentennial Exhibition.

"The Seasons They Go Round and Round"  is four large pillows, each with a circle representing a season.

A framed copy of Joni Mitchell's "Circle Game" accompanies them.  The work, woven in rya technique, speaks to time and aging.

The Brick Store Museum is located at 117 Main Street, Kennebunk, ME.  The Bicentennial Exhibition begins June 1.
